How do I transfer my data between the app and PC software?
1. Make sure that you have a HealthManager online account. If you do not have a HealthManager online account yet, you can create one in the settings menu of the HealthManager app.
2. Log in to the HealthManager app using your account. At the same time, also log in to the HealthManager PC software using your account.
3. In the HealthManager PC software, go to "Settings > My profile" and click on the "Start synchronisation" button. Your measured values will now be transferred from the app to the PC and vice versa (provided that your mobile phone and PC are both connected to the Internet).
I don't receive an email after registering or if I've clicked "Forgotten password". Why is that?
It can take a bit of time for the email to send. Please check your email inbox, including your spam and junk folders.

In order to transfer the settings to the snore stopper, a synchronisation must be carried out after each change. You can see when the last synchronisation was carried out on the homescreen.
Can I also save and assess my data on my PC?
Yes, the data can be transferred to a PC using the export function in the app.
